Laura is just a twenty two year old Melbournian who relocated to Cowtown, AB in January 2009.

In the past ten months (in order of importance): she saw snow for the first time, started her first full time job, discovered Tim Bits, been confused by pennies, received her degree (a B.A majoring in political science), dressed like a cowgirl, moved out of home, married her lovely wife, celebrated her first Thanksgiving and Halloween, started learning French and wondered if that’s Stephen Harper’s real hair.		 Laura does not have many hobbies: reading, dabbling in knitting and crochet and watching the Food Network. She recently decided that she would like to try write some short stories and plays (but makes no guarantee that her writing is any good).

Leans to the left side of the political spectrum, currently interested in religion, Green Day and Harry Potter.
